Wonderful pastasauce with olives, red onions and schrimp in 10 minutes

This pastasauce has a beautiful blend of interesting flavours that gives a fantastic sensation in your mouth. Takes around 10 minutes to finish.

Proportions are easy to remember, one handful of everything.

Start with frying half a red onion sliced in halves and then chopped quite thin. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes and then add a handful of chopped green olives, prefferably with pimento paste inside. Let it fry for 2 - 3 minutes while stirring around. Add white pepper. Then add some cream and let it finish. When it gets thick, take it of the heat and blend in a handful of schrimps (precooked and peeled).

Done! Now let it explode in your mouth. Enjoy with pasta. Fantastic dish in all it's simplicity. But you must like olives.

1/2 red onion sliced in thin bits
1 handful of chopped green olives
1 handful of precooked peeled schrimps.
Enough cream to make it saucy.

It worked out really well for me as I had simply cooked the recipe on the trangia stove. It took me about 8 or 9 minutes to cook. As well that it was simple to make, it was very tasty as well!
